Sorry guys a little behind on the blogs! Had trouble with the website for a while now but I hope its fixed! We have had a great season up to this point with multiple winners and some come from behind points leaders. So far this season James Bywater won the first on the Potomac with 9.11lbs and then the club challenge tournament was won by John Hansen with 8.09lbs. Then coming from 8th in the season standings to contend for the lead for Mr. BASS was Nelson Mejia winning at Dundee with a impressive bag of spawners for over 19lbs. followed by Tom Bavarro with a big bag of spawners in that tournament also. They were all over them that day! Most recently was the Conowingo Lake tournament being won by Arrie Byers after a almost 2 year drought with no wins. Great job Arrie on a great bag of fish weighing 16.03lbs. Conowingo was a great tournament for almost everyone in the club and alot of fish were caught. I think almost 150lbs of bass being caught! Great job guys! I posted some of the pics I had to our photo gallery and if any of yopu have tournament pics from this year please add to it (2011 Tournaments). As of now our top 3 in points is Nelson Mejia in first followed by Rodney Bailey in second and Tom Bavarro in third. There are only five points total separating these guys! Its going to be a great race and the top half of the field still has a shot at the Angler Of The Year title. Our next tournament is on the Choptank river and should be a tough tournament for most of us but its anyones tournament to win and just keep your head down and stay focused. Either way we will have fun. Lets keep up the good work and keep representing the club and making us proud!
